Did you watch the Grammy's?
I kind of did. I went over to J's house and had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries and only really paid attention to the Beyonce/Tina Turner number. Did you see Beyonce step on Tina? You know Miss Turner pulled out Beyonce's weave when they got backstage.
Aretha Franklin looked HOOOGE and yellow was really the wrong color for her. Also, Nelly Fertado looked like King Tut in whatever bunting and choker necklace outfit she was wearing.
What else? Oh, Amy Winehouse? Seriously? I'm opposed to her winning anything. I think it just reinforces her bad behavior and sets a bad example. Go ahead kids, snort all the cocaine you want and you, too, could win a Grammy!

That was SLEEK for Aretha, dude. She must have lost like a hundred pounds or something.
I loved the "Let It Be" performance. That kid's voice killed me.

In all fairness, they hand out Grammys for music, not behavior.
At least Amy was lucid when she performed.
And I did see Beyonce step on Tina. It was awesome.

Why come down on Winehouse? There was more cocaine in the audience than there is in Columbia. If we had to listen to music only from sober people I'd never listen to the radio.

color schmolor, Aretha purely killed it! remember, she was singing Dr. Feelgood before we were born so show a little respect (get it?). winehouse is the new billie holliday, just now we see the very disturbing downfall in real time. tacky and sad.
