SXSW in Austin
SXSW is in full swing here in Austin. Musicians, filmakers and gaming geeks have descended on the city for the music, film and interactive festival. The swarm of adoring nerds have been gushing about meeting the founder of facebook and the screenburn arcade is the talk of the town. Helen Hunt was here to premier her new movie as was Neil Patrick Harris and many other folks.
Austin gets a lot of good press and 1/2 the people that come to the festival start looking at real estate so they can move here. For the locals it's basically just a couple of weeks of traffic nightmares and hard to get reservations.

Since it's in the middle of UT's Spring Break this year, it's actually not so bad with the traffic and congestion. As a matter of fact, it's almost downright pleasant!
