You get a new thermostat for free that you can set to come on and go off at certain times! We had one at the Haney house we rented and you couldn't tell when the city cycled it off. It is SOO worth it.

Love the house! One thing I cannot do to save my soul is decorate. The PS is relieved, preferring a little bit of relaxed decor.

I especially love the bedroom--with the back problems I have it's the place I do make an effort to coordinate. The bed looks like comfort incarnate. It also reminds me I need to make Clean Laundry scented soap and this time I want it two shades of blue with a white background...
