Interesting how that works out....

The owner of my house died. Just as I was looking online at high rise downtown living and having conversations with my bf about our future together.

The property manager called me and told me the news and said the house was going to go on the market...it would have to be a bargain for me to even consider buying it after living here for a year. I know what all is wrong with it. But, it also means they will let me out of my lease whenever.
