Say hello to the newest downtown resident...
So, it didn't take much on anyone's part for me to wind up on the 17th floor of the Monarch building.
I will be on the West side of the building and the view is unbelievable. I think I can see all the way to Dripping Springs. The retail spot in the parking garage will be the newest location for Vin Bistro and they will have "room service" for residents. FIERCE.
My apartment is over 1400 square feet with a 165 square foot balcony on the corner of the building. Plus, the master bathroom is a "wet room" with a glass wall and door that opens into the shower and then behind that the garden tub. (Here's the flickr photos of the empty place)
Now we have just one problem. Clearly grandma's furniture is not going to work. It's time for a fire sale at the 1924 charming bungalow.

Also, my sis and I might be interested in some of your furniture if you're serious about selling it. . . she wanted to comment here but says her comments are never approved. =(

I will be selling some furniture. I will let you know what, etc. I wonder why her comments aren't approved. That's weird. It's all automated somehow in the CMS.
